This exciting one-day course combines the use of crystals and massage techniques. This wonderful combination teaches you how to massage your whole body and which crystals you can use. You will benefit from the physical massage and the energetic healing properties of the crystals.
This is a wonderful self-help tool where you’ll be able to look after your body whenever you need too. Massaging with a crystal is a wonderful mindful activity which makes your body feel more comfortable and balanced, as will your mind and emotions.
You’ll start the day learning about crystals, how to cleanse them, connect with your crystal wand, and learn how to massage from your feet to your head with it.
You will receive a manual so you can reference back to it at home which clearly shows how to massage each area.

Course fee is £140 which includes your crystal massage wand which brings many healing benefits and your manual. Other types of crystal wands will be available to purchases on the day if you’d like to target more specific healing.
Crystal Massage Healer and Massage Therapist Courses
This is a two-day accredited course for qualified Healers and Massage Therapists.
To attend the Crystal Massage Healer course you need to be qualified in a healing modality, e.g reiki, healing, Crystal healing, energy work, reflexology etc and first attend the one day self-help foundation course.
This course enables healers to bring essential bodywork to the treatments they offer, creating an holistic way of working.
To attend the Crystal Massage Therapist course you need to be qualified in massage and attend the one day self-help foundation course.
This course enables massages therapists to work deeper without damaging their hands. It brings energy work with the use of the crystals.
Healers will learn through clothes and massage therapists with oil. Massage therapists wanting to do both healer and the massage therapist can just attend one course and then an afternoon workshop to learn how to work with or without oil, depending on which course is first attended.
Both courses teach you how to do a prescriptive treatment with different crystal wands.
You’ll learn about different crystals and their benefits.
You’ll learn which crystal wands to use for different ailments and conditions.
You’ll learn more about touch and how to use it with greater awareness of the body.
You’ll learn how to work holistically, looking at your existing skills and making treatment plans completely tailor made for your clients.

Reiki Workshops
Reiki 1 Workshop
This workshop is used for self-healing, friends and family. It’s the start of your Reiki journey leading on to Reiki 2 practitioner level. Reiki is a wonderful treatment which can be used on its own or added to other therapies. It’s incredibly gentle and relaxing.
On this course you’ll be attuned to Reiki 1 and have plenty of hands on experience to enable the energy to flow.
You’ll receive a manual and certificate.

Reiki 2 Workshop
Reiki 2 increases the strength of the energy with the ability to help with physical, emotional and distant healing. You’ll learn more about the chakra system and the aura.
You’ll be able to use as a stand alone treatment or with other therapies.

Hara Workshops
Hara Balancing Workshop
Hara Balancing is an effective self-help practice to bring about mental and emotional balance.
If you are struggling to feel balanced, feeling stressed, overwhelmed, upset, anxiety etc then this one-day workshop will give you the tool for you to use at home to bring balance again.
Your physical body will also obtain balance because many physical conditions are present due to mental and emotional upsets and disturbances within your energy system.
You will learn to connect to your Hara, abdomen area, and allow your energy to flow from there which creates a unique energy balancing pattern. This pattern clears any energy distortions to allow for balance.

Hara Reiki/Healing Workshop

The body is very capable of healing if the energy system is balanced. Stress and trauma now and in the past creates an imbalance in the energy flow and this needs bringing back into balance to allow for healing.
This one-day workshop is for Reiki practitioners attuned to level 2 or above and trained healing energy practitioners. This training will advance and intensify your treatments.
You will learn how to work with unique energy patterns by connecting to your Hara and Reiki/healing energy.
This powerful way of working balances physical, mental and emotional energies. The energy patterns can also be used to balanced past energies and past life energies, getting to the root cause of when the imbalance occurred.
Traditional Reiki and healing is mostly very still but with Hara Reiki/Healing you will be more actively involved as you work with the energy patterns. It is a very different way of working.
As reiki and healing energy is intelligent the energy pattern is determined by the client’s needs, you just allow the pattern to flow, although you will often receive information and understanding of how the pattern is working.
Many more people are now needing this type of deeper work. There is so much stress which is affecting people in many different ways and feeling unable to cope.

This is a very powerful way to give distant healing. Once you have learnt Hara Reiki you can attend this workshop to update your distant healing. You’ll learn how to connect, send healing and write a report of the session. Most people will notice a significant change within 12 hours.

Couples Massage - One to One Workshop
Touch is a very important part of a relationship to help you make time for each other and keep your connection alive.
In this 3 to 4 hour workshop you will learn how to massage each other and learn how to deliver the right type of Touch for your partner.
You will receive written information for you to take home so you an refer back to the principles of Touch and massaging each other.
