Woman Well-being days

Enjoy spending time with like-minded women, sharing wisdom, giving support to each other while enjoying various mindful activities.  These days are often themed around the cycle of the year with each season bringing a different focus for self care and well-being. The days can contain dance, laughter yoga, meditation, face lifting massage, Emmett technique and time engaging with nature. A healthy lunch is included.  This are very uplifting enjoyable days.

Forest Bathing Mindfulness Walks, Transformational Dance and Woman Well-Being days can be booked for group, hen days, birthdays. Want to experience something different, fun and unique for you then contact me to book with dates, numbers and more information.
